Fa-La-La-La-Not!
Ack! Yesterday I was driving in my car desperately changing my radio's pre-set buttons looking for some soothing music to keep me company. I pushed the button for one of my favorite "easy listening" stations and was confronted with a terrible realization...they've already started their "all Christmas music all the time" programming! How can that be? Geez...we haven't celebrated Thanksgiving yet, the Macy's annual parade is still a few days away and December doesn't come for another 9 days. Yes...I know I can simply avoid pressing that button until I'm ready to hear "Chestnuts roasting on an open fire..." but you'd think the radio powers-that-be could at least wait until after Turkey Day to bombard us with Christmas holiday cheer! Bah! Humbug!

It should be a law, no christmas until after Thanksgiving, period.
I was appalled when they started putting the Chistmas stuff out in the stores a couple weeks ago. Enough already!!!!!!!!
I hate seeing the Christmas stuff out on display on the shelves before Halloween is even over!
The solution is to get a satellite radio...either XM or Sirius...and be able to listen to music that is truly of your choosing. One of my frequent rants is about how soon Christmas decorations in stores, commercials and the Christmas music on the radio starts every year. Pretty soon, we'll be hearing "Jingle Bells" the day after Labor Day.
Isn't that the truth?? I saw some Christmas things in a store just after Labor Day -- and couldn't believe it!!!
